From to

01. Crop down to 100x100

02. Dublicate the layer and set it to Screen (Opacity: 100%). Then go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur and set the Radius to 1,3

03. Dublicate that layer

04. Go to Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Hue/Saturation and set Saturation to -52

05. Merge all layers (Shift+Ctrl+E) and go to Filter -> Sharpen -> Sharpen and sharpen your image twice. Then use the Blur Tool (Strenght: 12%) and blur over the faces and necks

06. Add a new layer and fill it with #C2AE7A . Set it to Soft Light (Opacity: 50%)

07. Merge all layers (Shift+Ctrl+E). Then use the Blur Tool (Strenght: 100%) on the part where you later want your text and blur carefully over it

08. Add again a new layer and fill it with #FFFFFF. Then go to Layer -> Add Layer Mask -> Reveal All and fill the mask with #000000

09. Now use the Rectangular Marquee Tool on the layer mask, fill the selection with #FFFFFF and set it to Soft Light (Opacity: 100%)

10. Go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Outer Glow (Blend Mode to Soft Light, Opacity: 50% and color #000000)

11. Add your text in Texas Hero (Size: 19) in #000000
